The most anticipated horror movie of 2022 did not disappoint.
Residents in a lonely gulch of inland California bear witness to an uncanny, chilling discovery.
Beautiful. Brilliant. So glad I finally got to see it and was able to stay spoiler free.
This is what I wish most extraterrestrial and eldritch horror movies were like. Uneasy, suspenseful, with characters that you become attached to and a connection to what we have experienced and can understand while still having a monster that cannot be fully comprehended.
As a UFO/UAP fan, this was also brilliantly done. It didn’t go into the history or the tech or conspiracy conversation. It was touched on just enough with a nod to the community and I’m glad for it.
I think its a perfect scifi horror and cannot wait to watch it again with some friends.
